Shipping

We deliver within Sweden.

• Standard delivery time: 1–4 business days in Sweden, outside Sweden 4-10 business days .

• Deliveries are made with PostNord or DHL. •

Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected and returned to us, the customer will be charged a fee to cover our costs for shipping, return shipping, and handling.

• Sweden: 299 kr
• Outside Sweden: 499 kr

The original shipping cost is not refunded as the service has commenced and the shipment has been sent.

The fee, as well as any paid shipping, will be deducted from the refund. If the order value is below the fee, no amount will be refunded.

Orders outside the EU may require customs clearance, which is the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the transport company.
