Returns and Refund Policy

At Gloss Bros, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you wish to return an item, the following applies:
• Returns must be made within 14 days from the date you received the item.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the seal unbroken.
• If the seal is broken or removed, the product will not be refunded.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for cancelled purchases.
• For approved returns, the amount will be refunded within 14 business days after we have received and inspected the item.

If a package is not collected/has been used with the same shipping label for return, the customer will be charged 150kr.
