Important to understand
Crystal Bro is not a ceramic paint protection and not a polish.
It is a self-leveling treatment as:
- Fills scratches and swirl marks optically
- Gives deeper colour and high gloss
- Protective film over the paintwork/clear coat
After full curing, this is the film that takes the wear and protects the car’s original surface.
Do not use on
- Foliering / PPF
- Existing protection (wax, ceramic coating, etc.)
- Glass
- Carbon fiber
- Invändiga ytor
Step 1 – Preparation (Most Important)
The surface must be:
- Completely pure
- Completely dry
- Free from wax, oils and residue
Wash the car thoroughly and remove any previous protection.
Poor preparation is the most common cause of poorer results.
Step 2 – The right conditions
- Work in 15–24°C
- Avoid cold and excessive heat
- Work on a cool surface
Always start with a smaller area (e.g. a door).
Take the bonnet last once you've got the hang of it.
Step 3 – Prepare the applicator
- Fully saturate the applicator
- It should be completely soaked through – not dry anywhere
- Fill up the product after 2–4 swipes
Step 4 – Application
- Apply a generous and even layer
- Work with straight strokes (not back and forth)
- Use a even, controlled pressure
⚠️ Important:
- Go over the surface only once
- If more than ~5 seconds have passed → do not go back
- Don't overwork the surface
Crystal Bro should not polished in.
It is self-leveling and should be left after application.
Step 5 – Check
Do you see stripes?
- Most often too little product or uneven application
Solution:
- Let the surface cure
- Apply a new coat as needed
Do not rub during curing.
Step 6 – Curing (48 hours)
For at least 48 hours (may require more in colder environments):
- Keep the car completely dry
- Avoid rain, moisture, and snow
- Touching the surface during the first few days
Moisture during curing can cause white or cloudy marks.
Results
After full curing, you get:
- Deep colour
- Increased shine
- Minor visible scratches and swirl marks
On heavily worn lacquer, a second application may be necessary.
Important to understand
Crystal Bridge:
- Restores and improves appearance
- Visually fills scratches
Your:
- Repairs not deep scratches
- Works not on damaged paintwork
How to remove Crystal Bro
Do you want to remove the product:
- Spray the entire surface with IPA (isopropanol), then wipe with a cloth
- Polish off the film that has formed over the paint/clear coat. During the first few days, a light polish is enough, but if the product has set properly, a coarser polish may be required to remove the film!
Aftercare
- Don't wash the car on 14 days
- Avoid chemicals during this period
Important:
Avoid wiping off the finish or trying to remove the product before they 14 days has gone.
Depending on the environment, the product may need time to set properly.
Kerosene degreaser:
- Used with caution
- Max 5–6 minutes per wash
Common mistakes

❌ Too much pressure → uneven results and streaks
❌ Application in cold conditions → poor leveling and rainbow streaks
❌ Application in heat → the product sets too quickly and causes streaks
